Each unit is designed as a complete hotel suite, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom neatly integrated into a single module. With dimensions of 5990mm × 3800mm × 3500mm, these units provide a spacious and well-planned layout that matches traditional luxury hotel standards.

Our modules are fully completed in the factory. Everything from interior finishes and electrical wiring to plumbing, lighting, and ventilation is pre-installed. This ensures faster setup, minimal on-site disruption, and consistent quality across all units.

Each module features an integrated smart control system. Guests can easily manage lighting (on/off and color temperature), air conditioning, curtains, and doorbells through a single intuitive interface, allowing for custom "scenes" like cozy evening settings or bright morning wake-up modes.
