  • Molds: Export-standard wooden crate (fumigated or non-fumigated per ISPM15), lined with moisture-proof film and foam padding.
  • Plastic Parts: PE bag + thermoformed tray + double-wall carton, or custom interior packaging per your drawing.

How long is the mold production cycle? Can it be expedited?
The standard production cycle is 25-35 days, covering design confirmation, mold trial, and mass production. Expedited service is available with a turnaround as fast as 15 days upon mutual confirmation.
How do you ensure dimensional accuracy?
We use a two-stage system: 3D scanning in the design phase for 99.9% matching, and Swiss-imported 5-axis CNC machines (±0.002mm accuracy) in the machining phase, followed by CMM inspection.
Do you support small-batch customization? What is the MOQ?
Yes, we offer zero MOQ for molds (1 set) and as low as 100 pieces for injection-molded parts, using modular mold designs to reduce costs for small batches.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard terms are 50% advance payment and 50% final payment upon mass production completion. Other terms are negotiable.
