The EPS (Expanded polystyrene board) wall Panel is composed of exterior panels and interior core filling, forming a non-load-bearing light-weight composite wall panel. The exterior panels on both sides are 5mm calcium silicate board, and the middle core is filled with polystyrene beads & cement or ceramsite.

Installation Process

1 Alignment & Transportation

Set beams vertically to ensure alignment. Boards can be carried easily by two people.

2 Sizing & Fitting

Apply polymer mortar in the grooves. Align wall panels vertically with the baseline and use a crowbar to ensure a tight fit.

3 Adjustment & Fixing

Check the adjustments and fix the wall temporarily. Excess mortar should be scraped away immediately.

4 Finishing Joints

Fill gaps with slurry after one day. Apply crack-resistant material along the joints after 3-5 days.

5 Decoration

Tiles, paint, or wallpaper can be applied directly to the wall without additional plastering.
