A: We have two different quotation processes for customers with and without drawings. If you have plans to purchase, please contact our staff, and we will respond within 12 hours.

A: Our factory has a complete management system. We hold ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO14001:2015, and EU EN 1090 certifications.
Q: How many years warranty do you provide?
A: Normally it is a 3-year warranty from the shipping date. Within the warranty period, our factory will be responsible for it.
Q: How long is your production cycle?
A: Production time is about 20 days. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the project and customization requirements.
Q: What kind of packaging options do you offer?
A: We use PP packaging, but we also customize packaging for our OEM customers to ensure safe transit.
